Can you believe it? I'm planning to go on my very first Mission Trip! My destination is the Good Shepherd Children's Home in Honduras. I'm going with a group from my online Lettering Club and we'll be teaching Art Camp to the kids along with just loving on them and bringing the hope and encouragement of Jesus to them and their caregivers.
I really feel like God led me to this group which is led by a talented, fun and wonderful Christian woman. A portion of my art online membership and of any classes taught in their studio in Prattville, AL goes to support Rice Bowls, a non-profit organization that covers all of the food bill for 58 faith-based children's homes in 8 countries across the globe.
Our trip will be March 26-April 1, 2022. We would love to have your prayers for the trip as we travel and bring God's love to the kids. We want the kids and their caregivers to have hope and a deeper relationship with Jesus.
If you would be willing to support me financially as I raise money for the trip and to help Rice Bowls continue to cover the entire food budget for the home, even a small donation will go a long way in helping me meet my goal!
